At Ann Katheryn Print Studio, every order is prepared and professionally printed with care in our Tamworth studio.
Processing Times
Most products are made to order and are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. During especially busy periods, including Christmas, processing may take slightly longer.
If your order contains personalised items, please check that all names, dates, sizes and wording are correct before completing your purchase.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery costs £4.99.
Orders of £60 or more qualify for free UK delivery.
Estimated delivery times run from dispatch and are separate from our processing time.
Tracked Delivery
We send our parcels using Evri Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you your tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Local Collection
Free local collection is available from our Tamworth studio where shown at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, an additional postage charge may apply before it can be resent.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Damaged Parcels
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
